The area of achieving the goals of the Association is the affirmation and nurturing of spiritual, cultural, scientific and other forms of cooperation between Serbian and Kazakh people, bearing in mind the cultural and historical integrity of these two peoples in historical continuity, starting from the fact that there are centuries old historical, civilizational and cultural ties, based on the similar Slavic affiliation and closeness of the language. 

In order to achieve its goals, the Association especially strives to: 

• To work systematically on mutual acquaintance of the Serbian and Kazakh people, which will be done through language learning, development of comprehensive cooperation in the field of science, culture, art , sports and economy; to organize artistic and other gatherings, lectures and other various manifestations of reciprocity. 
• To organize concerts, performances of art groups, ensembles, theater performances in Serbia and abroad as an organizer of festivals, forums, seminars, lectures of various international events and activities in accordance with the goals of the Association. 
• To provide assistance in the formation of the Chamber of Commerce of Kazakhstan in Serbia
• To provide assistance to the establishment of the cultural center in Kazakhstan. 
• To organize exhibitions and various events of cultural content, as well as to present the culture of Kazakhstan. 
• In line with the goals he can establish and begin printed and electronic media, radio and tv station, and through publishing activities to publish actions, buy authors rights from Serbia and abroad, realize musical production, documentaries and films, television and radio production
• To work on improving mutual information between the two countries and encouraging economic cooperation. 
• To cooperate and exchange experiences with other associations from the country and abroad.
